Taking the high road

If William Ayers’ 40-year old actions are relevant, then even more relevant is Sarah Palin’s marriage to a man who until last year was a member of the radical (and anti-American) Alaska Independence Party; a party who founding pricipal is secession from the United States; a party whose founder was recently killed in an “explosives deal gone bad”; a party that rival Bill Ayers in anti-Americanism. What is even more troubling is that unlike Obama’s virtually non-existent relationship with Ayers, Sarah Palin is MARRIED to this man. It is truly terrifying that Republicans embrace a family with similar values as Timothy McVeigh. Republicans should thank god that Obama is taking the high road. If he were to turn the discussion to the AIP, you would see the McCain/Palin ticket truly implode.

Some people are saying that McCain picked Sarah Palin to appeal to women who supported Hilary Clinton. That’s crazy. You can’t just replace Hillary Clinton with another woman. Bill tried that, it didn’t work out….

This morning, as I usually do as part of my morning routine (as probably a million other government workers do too), I surf the net and other blog sites to get the latest entertainment news. One of the main headlines was the whole Rick Ross fiasco with him possibly having a past working as a security guard for a prison and now his “street cred” is being questioned.

So maybe the field trip to the ghetto CNN called “Black In America” might have paid off. The U.S. House of Reps is about to take up a resolution “apologizing for the enslavement and racial segregation of African-Americans.” No, I’m not kidding.

So tons of people have been emailing me and begging to hear my take on Jesse Jackson’s comments and I’ve been pushing it off and pushing it off but I guess there’s no way around it. First, let me say that I’d be remised if I didn’t say that an man of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. would never allow such a parapraxis to occur. Sorry, I had to throw that in there…lol.
